The Cash App can be used both with or without a connected bank account. They provide a card to their users that can be used to get cash with a 1.5% fee. Transactions can be made via text or email. Capitol One has multiple checking account options and a highly rated mobile app that is easy to use. You should have no problem setting up a remote account.
