Commitment to Our Clients

As COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) continues to spread around the globe, I want to share what Mb Staffing Services (Mb) is doing regarding this public health emergency. For your information, I have attached a copy of our “Pandemic Response Plan” that describes those steps and procedures – both general and specific to the coronavirus. You will see some repetition of items issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and others, but too many people are either ignoring or overlooking them, so we believe they bear repeating.

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our people and their families, clients and the communities in which we live and work. Please be assured that while we remain focused on the health and safety of our professionals and those around us, we also are focused on continued service to our clients.

As a proactive measure to restrict the spread of COVID-19, Mb will be implementing a remote working policy, effective March 23, 2020, until further notice. Operationally we will remain open and available to clients and associates via telephone and email from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the necessary staff to support our business operations. Due to this rapidly evolving situation, we have taken steps to ensure we can continue to deliver the level of excellence and timeliness to which you are accustomed:

• We have a team in place to continuously monitor COVID-19.
• We are following all recommendations from the World Health Organization (“WHO”), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and local authorities.
• We have put measures in effect that help ensure both safety for our people and business continuity for our clients to prevent any service disruptions due to Corona-virus impact.
• We are continuing to develop and share information and guidance with our employees, so they are fully informed on how to protect themselves, their families and their clients against the spread of the illness.
• Mb has the technological, cultural and operational infrastructure for our professionals and corporate management staff to work remotely and continue to serve our clients from anywhere.

We do not anticipate any disruption in meeting our clients’ needs. The Mb Management Team has the tools and technologies needed to work effectively from remote locations and will continue to seamlessly support you during this time.
