A Message from the President and CEO

As we continue to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, I am reaching out to assure you that the safety and well-being of our employees, clients and their employees is our highest priority.

As a partner to your organization, we are keenly focused on our efforts to be prepared to maintain a safe work environment for our employees and clients. We have incorporated guidance from medical professionals, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other health authorities into our daily practices.

We have, and will continue to provide information and guidance to each of our employees regarding best practices to promote a healthy environment for us all, detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus:

  • If you are feeling ill, please stay home and seek immediate medical attention.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently – make sure to clean all fingers, the areas between your fingers, the area between your thumb and forefinger, under the nails and your wrists. Use
    soap and warm water and wash for at least 20 seconds.
  • If you do not have access to soap and water, use a hand sanitizer/antiseptic with at least a 60%
    alcohol content.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose, particularly with unwashed hands.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then dispose of the tissue in the trash and wash your hands. If you must, cough or sneeze into the crook of your bent arm (at the elbow).
  • Regularly clean surfaces such as desks, phones, remote controls and computer keyboards with alcohol-based wipes.
  • We urge you to continue social distancing to stem the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
